Rates and booking

Rates:

• Prices for rooms are per room per night.
• Breakfast prices are per person per day.
• All prices are 10% VAT included.

Seasons:

• High: July, August, Easter, Christmas, long weekends, weddings and events.
• Medium: May, June and September.
• Low: Rest of dates.

• The reservation is confirmed by credit card (Please note: the validity of the credit card may need to be checked before the guest’s arrival).
• The amount of the reservation is payable upon arrival at the accommodation. No advance payment is required, unless otherwise stated in the booking conditions.

• The client can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the date of arrival.
• The client will have to pay 50% of the total amount if he/she cancels during the 7 days before the date of arrival, 48 hours before 100% of the reservation.
• If the client does not show up, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.
• In case of early departure, the total amount of the reserved stay will be charged.
• The number of people and/or children occupying the room must coincide exactly with what has been reserved and sent in the reservation confirmation. No child or baby can be accommodated if their place has not been confirmed. If the number of persons does not coincide with the number of persons declared in the reservation, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the stay and not provide accommodation to the client.
